Proxy Services

We have a heart for foreign businessmen and investors. Some businesses prefer or need to have a local in the company. It makes sense.

Being in business for decades, we learned that getting a bank account with the company is virtually impossible. German banks will not provide a foreigner not living in Germany with a bank account for their company. The solution is with us. You take over a readymade, become the shareholding managing director and keep Konstantin, the readymade's current managing director of your company as a proxy director. Our bank only requires a German on board in the management – regardless of which position.

Konstantin, the new proxy director, will be "on-call". He has nothing to do but is available when needed -- on call. Of course, if you specifically wish, he can become active in daily business. The time fee will settle this extra support next to the basic fee.

The fees for this service are moderate. As mentioned, the proxy service is only on-call, if you wish, Konstantin can become an active part of your company.

End of Proxy Services

You only want the proxy services for a limited period? No issue. You will only have to do two things. 1) Give notice to the proxy contract and inform the commercial registry via a notary. The director will have to visit the notary to deregister the proxy directorship. After canceling our proxy services, a slightly schizophrenic situation exists. Your proxy director has no duty to serve yet remains available to the public &ndash as a registered agent of the company. Official services of letters / court orders / complaints in court can be made to him. You cannot use the excuse, "I just canceled the proxy's services!" As long as the proxy remains registered, he remains proxy for the company. Period. This is mirrored in the active and passive duties of your proxy. During his passive period of support, your financial liability remains. Keep this in the back of your mind when you release your company's proxy from his duties.

Basic Fee for Proxy Director Services

The basic fee for proxy director services will be € 200 for a GmbH and € 150 for an UG.
