Remote Purchase of a Readymade Company
The law expects as a standard that the purchaser(s) and new director(s) personally visit the notary to celebrate the sale of your new company. There, the new shareholders sign the articles of association and board resolutions, and the new directors apply to register the new company. Each director also has to affirm that he is in good standing.
People living abroad might sometimes consider it too costly to come to Germany for a whole day just to execute the signatures with the notary for one hour.
As we also embrace economically wise approaches, we developed a solution with our notary to legally avoid the purchaser(s) and new director(s) having to travel for this one-hour ceremony.
Remote purchasing will be a one-step procedure. After sending you a draft to "okay", and you approve it, we will go to the notary without power of attorney. Does this sound bogus? Relax! Legally, nothing has yet happened. Only after you formally approve will our representation at our notary and our signatures be valid and legally binding.
In collaboration with the notary, we will organize the formal approval and the director's affirmations and let you sign them. Some of these documents need to be signed, and some also need to be notarized and legalized. When forwarding these documents to be signed by you, we will also provide you with instructions on how each document needs to be treated.
Fee for Remote Purchase of a Company
