Will you support us after the takeover?
Yes and no. The thing is we are not a law firm and only organize legal services. We collaborate very closely with the law firm www.vonEngelhardt.com. We remain available with virtual offices.
You mention supplementary services. What are they?
Though you can start making business right after visiting the notary, several registrations at various offices still need to be taken care of. In contrast to our competition, we do not abandon you! In the order form, we already point out which supplementary services are mandatory and which "depend" or just a "nice to have but not important". How long does it all take?
When can we start our business during the purchase of the shelf company?
Legally, you can start using your new company right after the appointment at the notary – though only on an interim basis. We will provide you concise instructions later – after signing in front of the notary.
What are the costs?
Our fees are "all inclusive"! We wish to collaborate transparently with you. Therefore, we have no hidden costs. The exact amount depends on the basic fee for the takeover and the amount of supplementary services you request.
